This will be the printed user agreement signed upon arrival.

This rental agreement is made between Happy Campers Parties, LLC and the renter which states the agreement of the parties as follows:
Deposits and Booking
To secure desired date, Happy Campers requires a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid 7 days prior to event.
Happy Campers Requires a $100 accidental damage deposit that will be refunded after pickup without incident. If damage exceeds deposit amount the renter will be responsible for paying the difference
If deposits are not received within 5 days of your booking, the date and theme will be forfeited.
All bookings are for one over night period. However, over night is not required.
*Additional nights can be secured if date is available and for an added cost of 50% of first night.
All prices are subject to change, however prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored.
At this time, Happy Campers accepts Venmo, Cash or Check
Set-Up and Breakdown
Happy Campers team will set everything up on the day of the event. A set-up time will be scheduled at time of booking. The space designated needs to be cleared of all furniture
and clean at the time of arrival.
If the site is not ready or accessible when Happy Campers arrives, the renter will be charged an additional fee based on wait time. Renter MUST be present at time of set-up and breakdown.
Set-Up, breakdown, and general laundering/disinfecting is included in the booking cost unless stated otherwise. If any item is stained and is in need of excessive cleaning the deposit is forfeited.
*Homes must be non-smoking home, no exceptions.

Happy Campers will try our best to keep our set-up time around 1.5 hour. However, depending on the number of tents and Add-Ons, set-up could take longer. We take that into consideration when scheduling set-up time.

Everything included in the set-up must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Pick up will be scheduled at booking.
Canceling and Rescheduling
Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the event. Changes or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event forfeits the deposit.
If you need to cancel due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your event to the next available date. If you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

Happy Campers Parties, LLC. reserves the right to cancel your scheduled party at any time, for any reason. We will always try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such cancellation we will refund the renter any deposits paid, within 30 days. Happy Campers Parties, LLC will not be liable to pay any compensation to the renter or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation. Happy Campers Parties, LLC reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of these conditions.
