How much space is needed?
Each tent needs approximately 3.5 x 6 ft of space. Tent layout will be determined by room size.
Room must be cleared before we arrive for set-up. Additional charges will be applied if furniture needs to be moved once we arrive.
How soon should I book my party?
Happy Campers requires 2 weeks notice to secure your requested date. Anything sooner than that requires a rush fee of $50.00
How much time do we need for set-up?
The Happy Campers team will need approximately 1.5 hours for 6 tents. Any additional tents, balloon garlands, and/or backdrops will take more time to set up.
How to pay?
At this time Happy Campers takes Venmo, Cash, or Check

The complete set-up and breakdown and all of the details are for one night rentals. Additional nights may be secured if date is available and for an added cost of 50% of the first night.
How do we clean the rental items?
All bedding is laundered after each party and again the day of your party.
All hard surfaces are disinfected.
Party location?
If party is located on the second story of your home there will be an additional charge of $50.
Outdoor Camping parties?
At this time Happy Campers only offers indoor camping experiences.
Does Happy Campers host the party?
As much as we would love to stay we DO NOT host any parties. We are the set-up/breakdown crew only.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee if the party is located within Glynn County, Georgia.
Service outside of Glynn County is available with additional travel fee. Contact for pricing.
What age range is appropriate for a Happy Campers party?
You know your child best, but we suggest the minimum age be 5 years old and the max age is 99!
Do the campers get to keep anything?
All materials brought into your home by Happy Campers are "rental items," with the exception of balloons and any additional personalized Add-ons purchased.
Cancelling or Rescheduling a party

What if something is damaged?
Renter must sign agreement that all items will be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any lost, broken, damaged, or destroyed equipment will be charged to the renter at full replacement value.
